A three part workshop taster for staff open days or off-site training days. Each workshop contains an hour long introduction to some of our bespoke, creative well-being techniques around lyric writing, music production and performative group confidence building.

Freeing Creativity
- 1x 3 hr Workshop
Our flagship 3 hour workshop where participants are taken through our step-by-step process to unlock their creativity. We enable this through the learning of exclusive creative writing mechanisms, writing lyrics, teaching the group to create an organic piece of music and giving participants the chance to record their work.

This workshop led by our three practitioners is ideal for the development of your teams creative thinking, ability to self express and keep their mental health in order and build a strong sense of community within your workplace.

Tell Your Story
- 1x Full Day
A chance to really make a difference to your workplace dynamic and spend time hearing each of your colleagues stories in a way that really allows their creativity to flourish. This six to eight hour day consists of tailor made team building and trust exercises, our bespoke free-writing and word association games, a chance to share stories and feelings and a range of music making techniques and performance skills. Walk away with a piece of music that the team has made, telling their stories and the option of a short film documenting the day ready to share amongst the team as a memento. It's safe to say that this jam packed day with our three practitioners will leave your staff rejuvenated, energised, confident and feeling connected more than ever.

Genius in Leadership
- 1x 3 hr Workshop
This three hour workshop is delivered by our three practitioners with an extra special focus on developing the professional practice of management and senior level staff. This particular workshop uses many of the creative writing and musical tools that are used in the other sessions with one key difference; The Working Genius Model. We deliver a blended workshop which teaches your team how to access their creative streak while learning what type of 'Genius' they have. We give you the knowledge and show you how to adopt this practice into your work-flow.
We show you techniques on helping to maintain a positive atmosphere in your workplace, manage staff using the Working Genius Model and how to employ creativity to help your staff to reach their full potential.
